4G Security Camera Trouble Shooting

  1. Have you used the right sized simcard?
  2. Have you inserted the simcard the correct way?
  3. Most cameras will only operate on 3G and 4G
  4. You must use the Telstra, Optus or Vodaphone network (or affiliates who are sub-providers of these networks)
  5. Have you checked the simcard is working on your mobile phone before inserting it in the camera?
  6. Do you have signal/reception in the area where the camera is located?
  7. Does the camera have power and is turned on?
  8. Check user guide instruction manual for correct installation height
