Cellular Coverage: How to improve signal and other tips
If you are buying a security product that works on a mobile phone sim card then we need you to check the frequency you will be using to ensure the product we send matches your frequency. Most of our products work on 95% of the frequencies but there are some remote frequencies that may be excluded and we may need to send you a different device for that frequency.
You can check your frequency in the area you are going to use the product by downloading the app or visiting the web link and sending us the frequency and band you require.
